If there was anything out there that is close to the real steel version, it would be this beauty. With its wood and steel construction, it gives it that weight and you can definitely feel it as you pull the trigger. The recoil is not light and would surprise you! If only it had come with a Drum magazine. That would have the RPK rated highly in the bad assery scale! This new GHK RPK joins the GHK series as one of the best gas blowback rifles on the market today.
The real steel RPK (Ruchnoy Pulemyot Kalashnikova, Russian: Ручной пулемёт Калашникова or "Kalashnikov hand-held machine gun") is a 7.62×39mm light machine gun of Soviet design, developed by Mikhail Kalashnikov in the late 1950s, parallel with the AKM assault rifle. Much like the real steel version, the GHK RPK possesses a threatening look as it'll lay down fire with the roar of a GHK GBBR.
